Welcome to Simons Great Escapes
I have worked in the bus and coach industry for over 20 years, both as a driver, and in management roles. From the age of 4, I always knew I wanted to drive Coaches, and own my own coach company. Along the way I took a liking to the design of coaches in the 1950’s and 1960’s. I’m now the proud owner of a few iconic vehicles. Including two 1950's coaches. I enjoy touring throughout the UK, as much as i enjoy day trips around Snowdonia. I take great pleasure and enjoyment for showing my passengers the sights along the way, in a easy going, lighthearted atmosphere. I believe in doing things differently, visiting places that are off the beaten track, interesting and now longer visited by group tours. During my career I won the Shearing's UK tour driver of the year award in 2023, and came runner up in 2024. As voted by my passengers.
I look forward to welcoming you onboard on of my tours.
